Order Deadline
Orders must be submitted to Liberty Skis HQ or a Liberty sales rep by March 1, 2025. Orders received past the deadline are not guaranteed delivery and are subject to availability. All late orders will receive 60-day terms from ship date and are not eligible for preseason discounts. All orders must comply with Liberty Skis’ terms and conditions of sale listed herein, and as supplemented by any terms, corrections, changes, or clarifications found on our website, at www.libertyskis.com.
MSRP / MAP Policy
Liberty Skis products must be advertised in accordance with Liberty Skis' published Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price / Minimum Advertised Price policy, which prohibits advertising prices below MAP prior to March 1, 2026. This policy includes online dealers. Violations may result in suspension of account or loss of dealership.

New Accounts
To become a new account, contact your Liberty Skis sales representative and complete, sign, and submit a Liberty Dealer Agreement and Liberty Skis Credit Application to the Liberty Skis credit department, and place a minimum order (as set forth in the Liberty Skis Price and Terms).
Payment Methods
Liberty Skis will accept checks, credit cards, and wire transfers as payment.
Late Payments
Discounts are not valid and shall be rescinded on invoices not paid by due date. Liberty Skis will charge interest on all past due balances at 2% per month, unless prohibited by law.
Full Payment Discount Program
Liberty Skis will offer a 2% discount for full payment of order by October 16, 2025. Please call Liberty Skis A/R department before payment if you would like to take advantage of this program to ensure it is reflected in your statement.
Demo Program
Demo skis are not eligible for our standard 3 year warranty. Qualifying retail shops receive a 21% discount with March 1, 2026 dating on all demo skis pending sales manager approval. Demo only shops receive a 21% discount with March 1, 2026 dating on their demo ski order.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped FOB Avon, CO via FedEx Ground collect. Liberty Skis reserves the right to ship approximately two weeks prior to requested ship dates. If a dealer requests a different shipping method, a request must be sent in writing or email to sales@libertyskis.com to arrange shipping.
Order Changes
Preseason orders are considered firm and non-cancelable. Any order change of 10% or more in value must be agreed to in writing by the Liberty Skis sales department no later than four weeks prior to the requested ship date.
Claims
All claims for damage or missing cartons must be filed with the freight carrier within 15 days of receipt of the shipment. Liberty Skis must receive all claims for incorrect shipments within 15 days of receipt of shipment. Liberty Skis will not be responsible for any claims made after 15 days of receipt.
Returns
Liberty Skis does not accept product returns. In those cases with extenuating circumstances where Liberty Skis authorizes a return, the dealer will be responsible for return shipping and assessed a 10% restocking fee. Only products specified on the return authorization will be credited. Returns must be sent by UPS or FedEx only to Liberty Skis, 281 Metcalf Road- #208, Avon, CO 81620.
Warranty
Liberty Skis requires that dealers make our warranty information available to the consumer at the time of sale, if requested. Current warranty information can be accessed on our website www.libertyskis.com/warranty. Liberty Skis warranty is based upon model year, not date of sale. Warranty returns must have prior authorization from Liberty Skis customer service. Original proof of purchase is required along with the product at time of receipt by Liberty Skis Warranty Department. Warranty returns must be sent by UPS or FedEx only to Liberty Skis, 281 Metcalf Road #208, Avon, CO 81620.
Sales Territory
Liberty Skis Authorized dealers may not sell Liberty Skis products outside of the United States or Canada without prior written consent of Liberty Skis. This includes, but is not limited to, Internet sales, eBay, and mail order.
